One Stop Shop Guidelines
Rationale:
One stop wedding shops are duly recognized by Themes &
Motifs as a legitimate wedding supplier category.
However, to help
ensure that Themes & Motifs events are free of wily exhibitors
who try to circumvent the supplier quota rule and / or the
requirements for business registrations by banding together in the
guise of a legitimate one-stop-shop,
the following guidelines will be implemented:

One stop shop must be DTI or SEC registered
and operates a showroom or office.

Must at least be in operation as a legal
entity for at least 6 months.

Must avail of a minimum of four (4) standard
cut exhibit spaces.

All members must have DTI or SEC
registrations.

Maximum number of suppliers must not exceed
120% of number of exhibit spaces times 2. (e.g. 4 exhibit
spaces can have 10 suppliers max (4 x 1.2 = 4.8 x 2 = 10;
6 exhibit spaces can have 14 suppliers max (6 x 1.2 = 7.2 x 2 =
14.4; 8 exhibit spaces can have 19 suppliers max (8 x 1.2 = 9.6
x 2 = 19.2)

Must submit complete list of one-stop-shop
members upon application.
